Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form for Consumers1. Right of Withdrawal

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason, unless the goods are perishable (especially fresh meat) or have a short expiration date (see “Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal” below).

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

  • You or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item in your order.
  • In the case of a contract for multiple items ordered together but delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins when you or a designated third party takes possession of the last partial delivery.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred if you chose a delivery method different from the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date we receive your withdrawal notification.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever comes first.

You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the date you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period expires.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value results from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.

3. Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply or expires early in the case of contracts:

  • For the delivery of perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date (e.g., fresh meat, frozen or otherwise highly perishable food).
  • For the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if their seal has been removed after delivery.
  • For the delivery of goods that, due to their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
  • If we have begun fulfilling the contract only after you expressly agreed and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal once we start contract execution.

Please note that we may make the conclusion of the contract dependent on your prior consent and confirmation.

5. Notes on Returning Goods

  • Please do not return goods with unpaid postage.
  • Please return the goods as a prepaid package to the designated return address and keep the shipping receipt.
  • Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods during return shipping.
